About Us
Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is the premier R&D organization of the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Ministry of Communications & Information Technology (MCIT) for carrying out R&D in IT, Electronics and associated areas. Different areas of C-DAC, had originated at different times, many of which came out as a result of identification of opportunities.

​C-DAC's Citizen / Client Charter
C-DAC's Citizens/Clients Charter represents a systematic effort to focus on the commitment of the organization towards its Citizens/Clients in respect of Standard of Services, Information, Choice & Consultation, Nondiscrimination and Accessibility, Grievance Redress, Courtesy and Value for Money. The charter also includes expectations of the organization from the citizens/clients for fulfilling the commitment of the organization.

Right to Information Act
​An Act to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority, the constitution of a Central Information Commission and State Information Commissions and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
